A THERAPY Day in aid of St Davids Foundation is to be held by The Abergavenny Acupuncture Clinic, and The Holistic Clinic at Henton House, Monk Street on Saturday, May 30 from 9.30am.

A range of therapies are available including ear acupuncture, massage, shiatsu and reiki, a homeopath and clinical hypnotherapist will be on hand to chat to and advise you on a wide range of problems from allergies and asthma to insomnia and the many joys of pregnancy.

Half hour treatments cost £10 per session with all money raised going to St David's Foundation.
