MONMOUTHSHIRE residents are being invited to have their say on the County Council’s budget proposals through two budget engagement meetings on Tuesday, January 23rd at County Hall, Usk.

The first session is taking place at 2.00pm – 4.00pm followed by an evening meeting 6.00pm – 8.00pm.

The meetings will be live streamed for residents unable to attend with a You-Tube link available on the Council’s social media channels.

A number of other meetings are also taking place allowing individuals to comment on how the local authority spends its money.

‘Talk To Us – Access for All Forum’ and a Young People’s Event aim to enable as many groups and individuals to share their thoughts on the budget proposals and other areas of work taking place in Monmouthshire.

The Talk to Us – Access for All forum is on Friday, January 19th from 10.00am – 2.00pm at County Hall and the Young Peoples Event is on Thursday, January 25th at Caldicot Choir Hall, 10.00am – 2.00pm.
