The annual Remembrance Day parade in Abergavenny will be held today (Sunday November 14) at 11am.

The parade will go from Abergavenny town hall up through Frogmore Street and will involve Veterans, Cadets, the Borough Band, representatives from the Guiding Units around Abergavenny, and members of the Town Council.

There will also be a service held at the top of Frogmore Street at the war memorial which has been organised by the Abergavenny Branch of Royal British Legion.

Mayor of Abergavenny Councillor Tudor Thomas will be laying a wreath as will Peter Fox, MS for Monmouth.

Members of the public are invited to attend the event but Covid rules will apply.
