MONMOUTHSHIRE County Council’s planners have given the green light to plans for a new fish and chip shop in Mardy

Plans to convert the defunct Premier convenience store on Hereford Road into a fish ’n’ chip shop were recommended for approval at a planning committee meeting of the council’s planning committee held today ( Tuesday).

The application submitted to Monmouthshire County Council said that current building’s dimensions would not change and was approved by the committee.
