A 21-year-old Brynmawr man received an eye injury following an assault at the town's bus station last week.

Police were called to the incident at 3pm on Thursday, July 7.

The man was taken to Nevill Hall Hospital before being transferred to the Royal Gwent in Newport but has since been released.
