Twelve local women with a number of helpers are joining forces with Synergy Harmony singers, supported by Barclays Bank, at a charityfund raising fashion show at the Angel Hotel, Abergavenny on Monday October 10 at 7pm.

The event organised by Emma Goode of Goodies Womenswear, aims to raise funds for and awareness of the work of Abergavenny Alzheimers Carers Group.

Admission is by ticket only, available from Goodies Womenswear Frogmore St. at £12 each which includes a glass of wine and a chocolate treat.

Emma Goode "This is very much a community event with Goodies local customers and Barclays Bank staff modelling an exciting range of autumn fashions for the benefit of one of Abergavenny`s hard working, pro active charity groups.

"We are so lucky to be able to stage this event in the beautiful ballroom of the Angel Hotel with assistance from general manager William Griffiths.

"This is our third show at the Angel in two years and it promises to be good fun."
