PANDY and Monnowside Ploughing Society has made a generous donation towards work completed in two departments at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny.
Several society members were present in the Rising Sun Inn, Pandy to see president Bill Phillips present a cheque for £500 to Sister Annie Evans of Cardiac Care Department.
Chairman John Davies also presented Sister Karen Williams of the Oncology department with £500. The money comes from funds raised by the hard work of the society over the past 12 months.
