FOUR people have appeared in court following a distraction theft at in Abergavenny on Saturday 13 September. The four were arrested in the West Midlands Police area later that evening. They have been charged with theft of jewellery to the value of £2,225. The four, two 23 year old men a 23 year old woman and a 22 year old woman are all from the Birmingham area
