ONE MONTH on from the disappearance of Richard Yan Hancock Gwent Police has released new photographs in the hope of locating him.

Abergavenny man, Richard, 41, was last seen at his home on the morning of Friday, June 4.

He is described as approximately five feet nine inches tall, of slim build, with a shaven head and has blue eyes with numerous tattoos on his arms.

Richard was last believed to be wearing combat style black jeans, a black 'V' neck T-shirt and black walking boots.

Richard's parents would like him to know that his father is now better and back at home after spending time in hospital and that they miss him very much.

They are willing him to get in touch to let them know that he is safe and well.

Gwent Police say that this is the first time Richard has been reported as missing and officers are concerned for his welfare.

Richard has lived in the Abergavenny area for much of his life, but has contacts throughout Gwent, notably in Pontypool, Llanhilleth and Ebbw Vale.

He did for a time also live in Folkestone and Margate.
