DRIVERS are being warned to expect delays on the A465 Further to the traffic lights in use on the A465 Section 2 today, after a HGV with a full trailer lost a wheel in the roadworks.

A spokesman for Costain said that traffic is currently able to manoeuvre around the breakdown, but delays will be inevitable in the Sale Yard junction area when the vehicle is recovered.

"We will endeavour to undertake this operation as efficiently as possible and ask for your further patience during this manoeuvre," he said
