DOG breeder Lyn Kinsey who last month was found guilty of charges of neglecting two dogs in her care is back in court this morning awaiting sentence.

The case against Kinsey, who was found not guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to 14 additional dog, was adjourned last month for the preparation for the 'all options report.'

Kinsey, who was described as a lady of good character, returned to court this morning to hear magistrates final sentence.

The case in expected to end during the early afternoon.
