A BBC documentary following the Crickhowell small businesses who dared to take on global corporations is due to air on Wednesday

BBC2’s documentary ’The Town That Took on the Taxman’ follows the journey of several traders from the south Powys town as they investigate the ways that multi-national companies swindle the UK government out of billions of pounds of tax every year.

Filming the documentary has led the small business owners to set up their own action group called Fair Tax Towns, a scheme which has caught the eye of the media around the world.

The documentary is due to be shown on Wednesday, January 20 on BBC2 at 9pm.
