FUNDS from a concert by Beaufort Male Choir in Crickhowell’s Clarence Hall in aid of the Living with Dementia Society were distributed in a presentation event by the organisers.

A sum of £2,750 went to Alzheimer’s Research and £1,750.00 to the Alzheimer’s Society. The balance is being held to maintain funding for the town’s popular Caffi Croeso.

Living with Dementia have raised over £10,000 between September 2017 and July 2018 and organisers are aiming to raise even more with a Christmas Raffle where the top prize will be a Mercedes-Benz SLS Children’s Ride in Car with remote parental control.

Money raised will be for dementia related societies, local projects and a donation will be made to Dreams and Wishes which is a Children’s Charity for terminally ill and very sick children.
