COUNCILLOR June Webster of Llanfoist Fawr Community council recently presented a cheque for £500 under the Council’s small grants scheme to The Monmouthshire County Citizens Advice Bureau in Abergavenny in recognition of the work it has done for members of the local community.

The drop-in advice centre is situated in Cross Street and is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 3pm.

The service is free, confidential and non-discriminatory and provides information and advice on all issues.
