Gwent Police is advising motorists to avoid the Heads of the Valleys road at Brynmawr while they deal with an incident.
Emergency services are dealing with a road traffic collision on A465 Eastbound at Brynmawr. The road is closed and diversions are in place, which may cause congestion.
It's understood the incident is on the slip road into Brynmawr
