Costain’s plans for a night-time closure of the A465 from Glanbaiden roundabout to Brynmawr roundabout between Tuesday August 30 and Wednesday August 31 have been postponed due to technical problems encountered in preparations for the closure.

The firm apologises for any inconvenience this change may have caused and will update motorists with the rescheduled date for the closure as soon as possible.

The closure, which will be weather dependent, is necessary for the moving of 700m of road barrier and white lining.
