UPDATED: Two people were rushed to hospital following a two-vehicle crash on the A40 at Raglan.An 82-year-old man and a 51-year-old lady were taken by ambulance to Nevill Hall hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.Police were alerted to the incident at 8.10am. The road was closed for three hours whilst recovery was underway, but has since reopened.Anyone with any information is asked to call 101 quoting log number 71 20/06/17.TRAFFIC delays are continuing in the Raglan area while emergency services work to recover a car which has crashed into the central reservation on the eastbound A40 .

The Welsh Ambulance Service spokeswoman confirmed they received an emergency call at 7.29am and emergency services are still at the scene.
