GWENT Police are appealing for information following a collision on the A40 near Raglan in which a 20 year old man died.

The collision happened at 2.45am on Saturday morning on the northbound carriageway of the road and involved a pedestrian and a HGV. Police have asked anyone who may have been in the area or who may have dashcam footage to contact them.
