Police are appealing for information after a white van was stolen, and tools were taken from another vehicle in Abergavenny.

Thieves stole a white van after relieving a nearby vehicle of tools worth around £1000.

A police spokeswoman said,

‘We are appealing for information following two thefts in Llwynu Lane in Abergavenny.

 

“The offences occurred sometime overnight between 10pm on Wednesday, March 8 and 6:30am on Thursday,March 9.

 

The first was the theft of a white coloured Ford Transit panel van.

 

The second was a vehicle parked next to the van where the offender/s stole many tools from inside including four drills, a jigsaw, an electric plane and a nail gun.”
