An urgent appeal has been launched tonight as police work to locate an 11-year-old boy from Ebbw Vale who hasn’t been seen since Wednesday.

Rory Misper, who is from the Blaenau Gwent town, was last seen on New Street, in Caerphilly, almost 20 miles away from home.

He is described as being white, slim and around 4ft 11 inches tall. He has dark brown hair which is brushed forwards with a skin fade. Rory was last seen wearing a grey coloured Nike tracksuit with green on it, and a black Amsterdam baseball cap.

He is also believed to be wearing black trainers and a black cross-body bag.
