The trial of an Abergavenny man accused of murdering Newport woman Georgina Symonds will begin next month.
Peter Morgan, aged 54, of Llanellen Court Farm, appeared via video link from Cardiff HMP at a pre-trial hearing in Cardiff Crown Court this week.
He is accused of murdering Georgina Symonds, 25, of Allt-yr-yn, on January 12, 2016.
He has pleaded not guilty to the murder charge and his trial will start on November 28.
He was remanded in custody.
