Abergavenny police officers executed a search warrant under the misuse of drugs act at an address on Brecon Road last Sunday (June 19).

A quantity of illegal drugs were seized and two Abergavenny men are being prosecuted for offences under the act.

Abergavenny ward manager, PC Adam Hollings said, "We will not tolerate this sort of behaviour in our town.

“Local residents raised concerns to us about illegal activity at the address, so we acted on that information and achieved a good result."
