ABERGAVENNY footballer Jonathan Gribben will feature in a new, official book for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The hardback black and white photography book entitled "Power and Movement" captures Britain's finest present and future Paralympians.

Acclaimed photographer Richard Booth spent six months meeting the athletes, and understanding their unique, inspirational stories and capturing their skill and fitness with his camera.

Redefining traditional perceptions of disability, fitness and power, Richard's collection of work celebrates Paralympic athletes preparing for the challenge of London 2012. The book contains over 175 photographs of athletes across 20 paralympic disciplines including athletics, equestrian, combat sports and team sports.

Tim Hollingsworth, CEO of the British Paralympic Association, expressed his support saying, "Power and Movement is a great record of all the hard work that our athletes put in to their training and the photos are beautiful. We are sure that they will inspire people to take up some of our great sports."
