WE would like to thank Keith Davies, aka Elvis, for his

huge effort in raising £1,500 for the Samantha

Dickson Brain Tumour Trust.

Many of the kind people that donated were known to

our dad, George Pinch, and he would have liked the

idea of Elvis raising the money on a motor bike for

such a worthy cause.

We would also like to thank all the people who

sponsored the swim at the Abergavenny Swimming

Club which also raised a considerable amount of

money for the same charity.

It takes a lot of effort to organise events such as

these, to plan, cajole and encourage people to take

part.

Without the enthusiasm of a few good people,

charities such as the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour

Trust would cease to exist and this terrible incurable

disease would stay just that.

Charities all compete for a limited pot of money and

all causes are just and needy and we are very grateful

that the kind people in Abergavenny chose to give so

generously to our choice for George.

We know that the money will be used and may in

some way help others to survive in the future.
