Huge emergency response to Llwynu Lane incident

ABERGAVENNY again awoke to the sounds of sirens this morning as first responders rushed to attend an incident at the entrance to Llwynu Lane in the Mardy.

As well as a heavy police presence, numerous ambulances and an air ambulance crew were all at the scene.

It’s believed the pilot landed the helicopter at the Mardy playing fields.

The police have been contacted for a statement.
