Powys County Councils Secondary Schools Review Panel (SORP) will meet with Governors and local councillors this week to feedback on the Secondary Schools Reviews.

Councillor Gary Price, Prospective Welsh Assembly Candidate for Brecon and Radnorshire said, “As I understand it, the independent Montgomeryshire-led Cabinet not only wants to wreck the primary school provision in Brecon and Radnorshire, but also has similar plans for the secondary schools sector in the constituency.

“The on-going shambolic Transformation Programme being carried out by Powys County Council is neither credible nor wanted by the parents and pupils in our Primary and Secondary schools," said Councillor Price
