The black and white stray, which has found its way into an Abergavenny garden, is microchipped to someone living in Newport who is not known at that address. It’s possible the owner has moved and not changed the microchip details.

Because the little cat is deaf you have to walk up to her to get her attention, but she is friendly and is obviously loved.
