Abergavenny Borough Band will be appearing the town’s Borough Theatre for a celebration of musical talent this weekend.

The band will be joined by Phillippe Schartz, internationally acclaimed principle trumpet of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.

Phillippe will be performing on both trumpet and flugelhorn, showcasing both instruments with traditional and more contemporary pieces. There will be music from the shows and something for every musical taste.

The musical extravaganza will feature the award winning senior band under the inspirational leadership of Sean O’Neill and the very talented intermediate band under the musical directorship of Lana Tingay.
