There will be a full weekend road closure on the A465 Heads of the Valley from 8.30pm on Friday June 10 through until 6am on Monday June 13.

The closure will enable the contractors to undertake a number of construction activities, which include site clearance and rock excavation alongside the existing A465, demolition of the existing masonry walls and completion of a temporary roundabout.

During the course of the closures full access will be maintained through the site for emergency services vehicles which will be escorted by Costain’s traffic management team. The contractors also intend to maintain controlled access across the closure at the Saleyard and Gilwern junctions.
