A COLOURFUL array of A Level project work for Product Design is currently showing in the main window of Homes of Elegance in Abergavenny.

Owner Steve Davies was invited to give his professional opinion of the King Henry VIII student's work by Paul Spooner (Head of the Design Faculty). He was so impressed by the quality of the work that he very kindly offered to showcase a selection of the projects in his shop stating that " young designers with their talents should be offered the opportunity to show the local community what they are capable of".

The projects will remain in the shop window until next Monday 21 June. Mr Spooner would publicly like to thank Steve for his involvement in helping raise the profile and self esteem of the students. Two of the projects have also been nominated for the Welsh Innovation Awards to be held in October in Cardiff and Llandudno.
