POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a shed burglary in Gilwern.
Between 5.15pm on Monday and 9am on Tuesday, September 30 power tools to the value of around £1,000 were stolen from the shed in Twyn yr Allwys Road.
The tools included a disk cutter, metric and imperial socket set and a Rockworth hammer drill. Anyone with information should contact Gwent Police on (01633) 838111.
