Man remains in critical condition following Hereford Road collision

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision that happened on the Hereford Road at Mardy in Abergavenny at approximately 3.38pm on Sunday,August 6.

The collision involved a red Fiat 500 and a blue BMW 520 saloon.

Seven passengers were taken to Nevill Hall Hospital - a 35 year old man, a six year old girl, a four year old girl and a 12 week old baby have since been discharged.

A 28 year old woman and a 21 year old woman remain in hospital in a stable condition and a 33 year old man is in a stable but critical condition.
